Christine Rose is a nationally recognised expert in equality, diversity and inclusion. In addition, Christine leads session on supporting learners with learning difficulties, mental health problems and dyslexia and can support whole learning support teams in the management of diversity issues. She has worked with over 250 providers, supporting a significant number to achieve outstanding status for Equality & Diversity at inspection. She is one of the AoC's leading trainers on PREVENT at all levels of the institution.

Abi Clay is a nationally respected expert in Safeguarding and the Government’s Prevent strategy, and her work has been commended by OFSTED in numerous inspection reports. She regularly presents at national and international conferences on Equality & Diversity, Fundamental British Values, the Implementation of PREVENT, safeguarding, student engagement and personal welfare. Abi has 30 years working in schools and the FHE sector, and 10 years as a senior manager. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Trevor Gordon has a national reputation as a dynamic staff trainer and undertakes Equality & Diversity and PREVENT training all over the country to public and private sector organisations, including several police constabularies. He is a former Vice Principal and received the Stephen Lawrence Award in 2002 for services to education.

Rosalind Penny is currently the Director of People and Organisation Development at a large FE college. She is also a former workforce specialist for the Devon & Cornwall Police which included responsibility for training in Firearms, Dogs, VIP Escorting and Public Order Crime, as well as the delivery of WRAP (Workshop to Raise Awareness of Prevent) training to frontline police officers. She is able to write Prevent action plans, integrate the PREVENT requirements into existing safeguarding processes and has innovative ideas for integrating the subject into the curriculum. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with previous experience as an Executive HR Director in the NHS.

She was awarded the CBE in 2012 in recognition of her pioneering work in leadership and equality in further education on both the national and international stage. She is also an expert in the use of data science and predictive analytics to improve business performance. |
Tony Davis is a former lead inspector with the ALI and Ofsted and managed the inspectorates’ Preparing for Inspection events and the Good Practice Database. He supports teachers to embed equality & diversity into teaching and learning and has developed the RED system - a quality standards framework for implementing and evaluating equality processes and initiatives at whole-college levels. |

He is an expert in OFSTED's interpretation and expectations for the embedding of the government's PREVENT and British values agenda, as well as more broadly, an inspector for leadership, management and teaching and learning which includes approaches to equality & diversity. |
