Sellers who supply or deliver products and/or services to the education sector may use our site to promote their business and enhance their sales. Individuals and companies are welcome to set up a Newbubbles account and trade in goods and services. Cheaper rates and commissions than ebay, with a dedicated education audience. Education is big business – make a contribution to the future learning of others and make money too!
Your Member's Panel
You will notice that when you created a Newbubbles account, a new menu appeared on the right hand side of the screen called 'Members Login'. (If you have not set up an account, click here to register).

Selling in Easy Steps
Click on 'Add' to go to your Listings page, where you will create your product or service listing. Try and provide as much detail about your listing as you can, as this will help buyers to decide if they want to make a purchase.
You have the option on this page to decide if your listing is an 'auction' or a 'buy-it-now' offer.
When you 'Submit' a listing, it must be approved by Newbubbles before 'going live'. This is a security precaution. Your newly created listing is added to the table 'Listings Awaiting Approval'. It will have an 'amber' status symbol.
When your listing is approved, it moves to the 'Approved Listings' table. The status symbol will be turned 'green'. When your product is sold or expires, the status symbol, is turned 'red'.
In most cases, listings are approved within 24 hours of submission. If this is not the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember - the duration of the listing does not start until it has been approved.
Successful sellers usually create listings that contain images. You can add up to 3 images to accompany your listing. These images should be no bigger than 2MB and should be JPEG, PNG, GIF or TIFF (but not Bitmap).
User Agreement and Conditions of Selling
All listings MUST comply with our User Agreement. This agreement protects the integrity and safety of our users and our company's reputation, and we take this very seriously. We want all users to have a risk-free and enjoyable purchasing experience.
Like ebay, sellers pay insertion fees for their listing. Our fees are listed in our Fees & Tariffs Policy. These fees are cheaper than ebay and provide longer durations for individual listings.
For each sale, you will be charged 3% commission on the final sale value.
Every month, you will receive an invoice from Newbubbles that comprises the amount in insertion fees that is owed to Newbubbles. If you should disagree with the invoice, you are advised to email us at email@example.com in the first instance.
Seller Tools for Tracking Your Sales and Payment Activity
There are various tools in your Member's Login panel to help you keep track of your listings. If your item is sold, it will be recorded in the 'Sold Products' panel. You can generate a report in 'Money Due' to identify who has paid and who has not. You can click on 'Feedback' to check the ratings that customers have given you for specific listings.
Sellers can also upload PDF documents into their 'My Resources' page that offer buyers a chance to see other work, contracts, certificates, samples etc that may influence the final purchasing decision.
Buyers can contact you via your product listings, and you can use the Messaging facility to contact them. Buyers who visit your specific listings will also be alerted to other products you may be selling via the 'Seller's Other Products' button.
At all times, Paypal regulates and protects the transfer of money between buyers and sellers, and that this protection offers an ultimate gurantee to the security of payments made with Newbubbles.
